Arabic only?
"We know indeed that they say, "It is a man that teaches him." The tongue of him they wickedly point to is notably foreign, while this is Arabic, pure and clear." [Qur'an 16:103]

I guess you need to speak (and read) Arabic in order to receive the word of Allah. I was of the opinion that the earthly things, such as language, were beneath Allah's notice. The biblical story of the "Tower of Babel" (Genesis 11: 1-9) is a story of God punishing the impudence of man by forcing different languages on them.

This seems more like a condemnation of all things foreign to me.
